ALL Base Meeting & Conference call

6:00 PM (CENTRAL)

 

You can participate an any of the following manners; show up at any of the Base locations to be part of a Live meeting. Call into the live conference call beginning at 6pm (central time) from your location or listen to the recorded conference call that will be posted to our pinnaclefa.info website shortly after the meeting has taken place.

 PLEASE NOTE :THAT IF THERE IS ANY VOTING, ONLY THOSE WHO ARE PHYSICALLY AT THE MEETING MAY VOTE. IF YOU ARE ON THE PHONE THERE IS NO WAY TO VERIFY THAT IT IS TRULY YOU.

   ALSO THOSE WHO ARE SIGNED UP ON THE MAILING LIST THROUGH PINNACLEFA.INFO WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH DIRECTIONS. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS PLEASE CONTACT ANY OF THE OFFICERS BELOW:
Only those members that attend one of the listed locations will be able to vote on items that are brought before the floor. All members that call in on the conference call number will have the option to listen and reply to the meeting as it is taking place.

   The conference call will not begin until the previous month minutes have been read into record. Please allow 5 minutes from the scheduled start time for this to occur. This is so we can reduce costs. However the entire call will be recorded to be uploaded on to the website. Note*  The previous month meeting notes are not  available for viewing on the website until they have been approved in the following months meeting.
Only Pinnacle flight attendants may participate in this conference call.

ACCESS CODE -
 To join a conference as a participant, enter the assigned access code    685312#, then and follow the voice prompts. Participants can access basic conference controls such as the help menu, self-mute.

The first caller to arrive for a conference hears music-on-hold until the second party enters the conference.

As a participant the only keys you will likely use are the *6 to mute yourself *4 for the help menu *# to hear the number of parties in the conference

Note: *5*7*8 and *# are only available to the conference organizer.

Conference call etiquette

Be Mindful of Your Surroundings
Call from a quiet location.
Turn off the ringer of a multi-line phone or any other phone in the room.

Do not put your phone on hold if you have on-hold music or advertisements. Your on-hold music will play for conference Participants making conversation impossible in your absence.
Turn off your call waiting or its beeping will disrupt the conference and may be confused with entry or exit chimes. For example, dialing *70 before the conference number disables call waiting for some phone services. If you need assistance with this feature, contact your local phone service provider.


Take Advantage of Conference Controls

Self-mute can be used by any conference participant and can be turned on and off by toggling the star key and the number 6 on the telephone keypad.
